Mel Walsh

Originally from Massachusetts, has been a professional pet sitter and dog walker in the Northeast since 2007.

A member of Team Doggy Dudes since October 2010, she is certified in Pet First Aid and always motivated to educate herself about dog behavior, training, nutrition and exercise.

Emilee Ann Irwin

Having joined the Doggy Dude Ranch as an intern during high school in January 2010 she has since graduated and now works full time.

She is a quick study in learning about pet care and handling at our facility. Emilee's experience comes from pet sitting for her neighbors and friends, some of whom had pets with special needs.

She enjoys caring for our clients, and has a knack for calming some of our bossy big dogs.

Shayla Martin

Shayla has been caring for cats, dogs, horses, and other critters from a young age; working on several farms, she started working for a veterinary hospital as a Kennel Technician where her focus was the well-being of boarded pets.

At the Doggy Dude Ranch, she enjoys putting her groups together in a way that makes a safe and fun time for all.

After all her work is done, she goes home to her own pack of 3 pitbulls and a snake.

In Shayla's “spare” time, she volunteers at the local shelters to socialize, exercise, and just plain love the dogs who are looking for homes.
