Non-holiday boarding/overnight cancellations
require 24 hours notice.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or a "no show"
will be charged for one overnight.

A boarding reservation of 5 nights or more
must be booked with a credit card.

Holiday boarding cancellations
(New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,
the week of Thanksgiving and the week of Christmas Day)
require three days prior notice.

Holiday cancellations with less than three days notice or a 'no show'
will be charged 50% of the total reservation.

All holiday boarding reservations must be booked with a credit card.
